How do I find RXPositive Medical Supply?

We have two locations.

Yuma: We're one street south of 24th Street between the Hospital and the new WalMart.  24th Street runs East and West in front of the Hospital. Turn South off of 24th Street onto either 18th Street (there is a light at the bottom of the hill) or 19th Street (at the Life Care Center sign).  Either of those will take you to 25th Street and we're right between 18th and 19th. You'll see our sign.

Foothills: We're on South Fortuna Road about a mile South of the Fry's Supermarket Shopping Center. We're past the Fire Station but on the same side of the street.  We're down from Eckert Drug and right across the street from the Dollar Stores. Were in Suite H which is the last office on the South end.

Will you bill my insurance for me?

Yes. We accept most insurance carriers including Medicare, AHCCCS, BlueCross/BlueShield, TriCare, and many others. We will do everything we can to insure that your insurance pays their share but final payment, of course, remains your responsibility. You will want to stay on top of what your insurance is doing and we will help you do that.  We will not forget about you after we submit your claim. RXPositive will let you know if there are problems. In fact, we will try to fix the problem for you if we can. For example; some insurance companies require a CMN or a Certificate of Medical Necessity so if we bill those insurance companies  without it they will deny your claim. (A CMN is a written statement from your physician). If you didn't bring one in with you, we will call your Physicians' office and request one. Actually we will try twice. If we still don't get it then we will let you know about the problem and ask you to get it for us. If you can't get one then you are stuck with the bill. It very rarely comes down to that.  No Medical Supplier will forget your bill if your insurance won't pay. Few, if any, will go the the length that RXPositive Medical Supply does to make sure you take full advantage of your insurance. You will get monthly statements to keep you informed.

Will you service and repair my medical equipment?

Yes. We stand behind everything we sell. We have on-site technicians trained so repair and service most of what we sell and all of what we rent. We service and repair Oxygen Concentrators, Nebulizers, CPAPs,  BIPAPs, CPMs, wheelchairs, and about any other type of home medical equipment. That means we don't send it out and just add on our fees. You save time and money.

Will you service and repair my Scooter or Power Chair?

Yes. We stand behind everything we sell.  As with our Medical Equipment, we have on-site technicians to repair and service all of our scooters and power wheelchairs.  Are you ready for this, we even have a mobile repair shop that will come right to your house so you don't have to bring it in. How's that for service?

Will you deliver my supplies or equipment on Weekends?

Yes. Our retail stores and billing office are closed on the weekends but our delivery and repair staff work from 8 to 5 on Saturday and Sunday. They will be glad to deliver your equipment and supplies on Saturday or Sunday if it is more convenient. You can schedule almost anything that we do on the weekends. We are independently owned and we go the extra mile to get and keep your business.

Of course we're available 24/7 to respond to emergency situations. Our main number (344-9301) connects automatically to our on-call worker. He or she will solve your problem day or night. How's that for service?
