We're just down the hill from the hospital and directly behind the new WalMart.  Go down the hill from the Hospital on 24th St.  Turn left at the light on 18th Street.  Take your first right onto West 25th Street.  We're a block down on the left. Suite B. 

Coming from WalMart go East on 24th (toward the hospital) and turn right at Life Care Center (19th Ave.). Go one block to the end to the and of the street and we're just to your left.

Foothills - 11551 South Fortuna Road.  Go south on Fortuna Road (by the shopping center with Fry's Grocery). We're about a half mile down the road on the left in the same plaza as Eckert's Drug.   When you see the Dollar Store on your right, turn left.  We're in the last suite on the right.  Suite H.
